CD Taq DNA Polymerase is a chemical modification of Taq DNA Polymerase, and its activity is completely blocked at room temperature, which can prevent non-specific amplification and primer dimers during sample preparation and reaction temperature rise. The activity is released only after heating at 95 °C. Compared with antibody-based hot-start Taq enzymes, CD Taq DNA Polymerase is more completely blocked and more rigorous. Compared with existing chemically modified hot-start Taq enzymes, CD Taq DNA Polymerase can be activated in only 5 minutes. Compatible with existing PCR programs.
