Product Description
Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase is a hot-start Taq enzyme obtained by mixing Champagne Taq antibody with Taq enzyme in an optimal ratio. Based on the thermal stability of the Champagne Taq antibody, Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase can still maintain strict sealing at 55 °C, so that non-specific amplification can be suppressed to the minimum during the mixing and system warming stage. When the reaction is held at 95 °C for more than 30 s, the Champagne Taq antibody is completely inactivated, and the Taq enzyme activity is completely released, ensuring the PCR system with the highest amplification efficiency and sensitivity. Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase's activation is not affected by buffer pH, ionic strength and other factors, so it has better PCR system compatibility and is the preferred hot-start Taq enzyme based on PCR / qPCR molecular diagnostic reagents.
