Product Description
This kit uses a DNA polymerase with an extremely high fidelity and an optimized reaction system for rapid amplification of plasmids from bacterial solutions or colonies to obtain DNA that can be used for sequencing reactions. This kit is used for the preparation of plasmid DNA for sequencing reactions, which can save a lot of shaking time and cost, simplify the sample preparation process, and accelerate the speed of receiving samples to the output of results. Normally, each reaction produces 1.5 μg-2.5 μg of plasmid DNA. The product DNA can be used directly in sequencing reactions.
