CD Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a new generation of ultra-fidelity DNA polymerase based on Pfu DNA Polymerase. After genetic engineering of Pfu DNA Polymerase, CD Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase's processivity It has been greatly improved, and even the very complicated templates can accurately and quickly complete the reaction. Its mismatch rate is 1 / 52 of ordinary Taq enzyme and 1 / 6 of Pfu enzyme, and its amplification speed can reach 15 seconds / kb. 5 × CD SF reaction buffer is well-suited for simple or complex template, short or long PCR amplification. The buffer already contains 10 mM Mg²⁺ (1 × final concentration of 2 mM). The reaction system can be optimized using DMSO or MgSO₄ provided with the enzyme. The included PCR Enhancer facilitates the amplification of high GC content fragments.
