Product Description
CD Geno-SNP Probe Master Mix is a special premix solution for SNP typing by Taqman probe method. SNP typing can be performed by simply adding additional primers, probes and templates, which is easy to operate. The premix solution uses CD Taq DNA Polymerase as the core enzyme and carefully optimized Buffer, which greatly increases the typing success rate on low-concentration templates and complex templates. This product introduces Heat-labile dUTP / UDG anti-pollution system, which can work at room temperature to ensure the accuracy of typing results. This product also contains a special ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments. There is no need to adjust the ROX concentration on different instruments.

Advantage / Highlights
• Flexible template input: Compatible with 1-10 ng of genome input. With low template input, the typing results are still excellent.
• Broad GC compatibility: accurate typing at SNP loci with 25% -73% GC content.
• Excellent storage stability: Under room temperature and dark conditions, the PCR reaction is stable after 72 hours of PCR mixing, and the fluorescence signal is stable; the end point signal is read after 72 hours of PCR reaction, and the fluorescence signal is stable. 72 hr pre-PCR and 72 hr post-PCR typing performed well.
• Compatible with direct expansion of blood lysate: SNP typing can be performed using blood lysate as a template without extracting the blood genome, and its typing effect is comparable to that of blood genome as a template.
