Product Description
The HiScript II One Step qRT-PCR SYBR Green Kit uses the SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method and is designed for quantitative PCR detection using RNA as a template (such as RNA viruses). Using gene-specific primers (GSP), reverse transcription and PCR reactions are performed in a single tube, eliminating the need for additional tube opening / pipetting operations, greatly increasing detection throughput and reducing the risk of contamination. Integrating the superior performance of HiScript II Reverse Transcriptase and Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase, combined with an optimized buffer system, the detection sensitivity can reach 1 pg total RNA. The patent specific enhancement factor added to the buffer can effectively reduce the formation of primer dimers and improve specificity.

One Step SYBR Green Enzyme Mix contains HiScript Ⅱ Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase.
The 50 × ROX Reference Dye is used to correct the fluorescence signal error between wells.
