iPrep PureLink gDNA Blood Kit
Product Description
The iPrep PureLink gDNA Blood Kit allows rapid and automated extraction of genomic DNA (gDNA) from human blood including fresh or frozen blood samples, and concentrated leukocyte preparations (buffy coat). Genomic DNA is extracted from blood samples using the Dynabeads MyOne SILANE and iPrep Purification Instrument within 30 minutes without the use of centrifugation. The purified genomic DNA is suitable for use in downstream applications, including PCR.
